Monday August 3rd: How to make a healthy breakfast
My healthy toast with my fruit smoothies.

  2. put the toast I put the toast into the toaster Image result for Toaster
  3. Then  get the toast  out
  4. Get your blender and put in 250 ml of milk
  5. Then add in frozen blueberries , raspberries and a banana
  6. Then mix it all together
  7. Then I sprinkle nuts on my smoothie
  8. Then I put almond butter on my toast and homemade jam
  9. ENJOY!
