Monday August 3rd: How to make a healthy breakfast
My healthy toast with my fruit smoothies.
- get the bread
- put the toast I put the toast into the toaster
- Then get the toast out
- Get your blender and put in 250 ml of milk
- Then add in frozen blueberries , raspberries and a banana
- Then mix it all together
- Then I sprinkle nuts on my smoothie
- Then I put almond butter on my toast and homemade jam
- ENJOY!
